[make a statement with bold celebrity brows]
Working as a beauty therapist it is imperative that you keep abreast of beauty trends and train in them accordingly. When HD Brows first hit the headlines and as someone whose own brow's are somewhat thin and sparse due to over plucking as a teen, I couldn't help but be interested.
HD Brows say they use a seven step procedure to create the perfect high definition brow and I have adopted a six step programme to achieve the look, so the procedure involves:-
Step One - Preparation and Assessment.
Step Two - Tinting.
Step Three - Waxing.
Step Four - Trimming.
Step Five - Tweezers.
Step Seven - Finish.
Treatment Cost: £12. Time: Approx 30 minutes.
Hints and Tips:-
It is important to note that no therapist, or any amount of money you pay, can make your eyebrows grow or brow hair suddenly appear on your first appointment! To achieve your final desired shape you may need to go into "brow hab" which means growing back your eyebrows, especially for those with very thin or over plucked brows.
Tinting is always used in this procedure. If you have never had it done before a patch test will be required at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please mention this when making your booking.
If eyebrow pencils and powders need to be used to give you the desired "high definition" look on the day, these will of course come off when you remove your make-up wherever you go for your treatment. You will therefore be encouraged and shown how to use these products yourself until such time as your brow rehab is complete.
